I’m Sidney South: Owner, Artist, Producer and Photographer/Videographer.

I am a New Orleans Native. I left New Orleans in late 2005 during the events of hurricane Katrina. I landed in Austin, Tx after a generous invite to stay with a friend, until i got on my feet.

I have always been in Love with music and the arts, everything creative and driven by the dreamer. From playing in the school marching band and singing/writing music, to cutting hair, drawing, and dancing hip hop, and then on to teaching and performing latin dance and producing music. So naturally photography and videography aligned perfectly with my already creative flow in life.

Lucky Kajun is my avenue to share my art. Through photography, music, and videography, you will get to witness my growth and passion as an artist, experience the world through my lens, and hear my thoughts through my music.
